President/General Manager
Dan McKnight is the President/General Manager at Broadcast South Media, LLC. Dan was born and raised in Dothan, AL but he comes to Douglas with a diverse background in TV and Radio. His career began in TV sales and 28 years later, his love and passion for this industry has brought him to many different roles and markets across the country. He is very excited to be apart of the Douglas community and Broadcast South Media, LLC. Dan is married to his wonderful wife; Kristine and he has two beautiful daughters, as well as two crazy pups. In his free time, you can usually find him traveling, spending time with his family and friends, or at any beach.
Kim Paul
Operations Manager
Kim Paul is the Operations Manager at Broadcast South Media, LLC as well as the morning show host of 92.5 The Farm in Tifton, GA. He grew up in Irwin County where he graduated from Irwin High School and then went on to graduate from Wiregrass Technical College. Kim has been bringing his listeners enjoyment for over 30 years and his love of music has given him the ability to program six different music styles for Broadcast South’s variety of stations. In his spare time, you will find him listening to the radio or watching music documentaries. He also enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Teresa, their 3 children and cat.
Gail Oglesbee
Marketing Consultant
Gail Oglesbee is a Marketing Consultant for Broadcast South Media, LLC. Gail is a lifetime resident of Coffee County, being born and raised here. She graduated from Coffee High School in 1984 and went on to work in telemarketing with a local business, which is where her love for working with the public began. It did not take long for several of her customers to request only her come see them which in turn sparked a passion of seeing and meeting new people to be turned into her lifelong career in Sales. In her spare time, Gail loves canning and spending time with her family and friends.

Administrative Assistant
Christy Peavley is the Administrative Assistant at Broadcast South Media, LLC. While this is a new path for Christy, her love for working with and meeting a wide variety of people, both internally and externally with the company, combined with each day presenting something new and challenging has made her fall in love with her career. In her spare time, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, son, Jeremiah as well as her closest friends.

96.9 FM Morning Show Host
Micky Helms is the morning show host from 6am to 10am, Monday through Friday on 96.9 FM WRDO in Fitzgerald, GA. Micky now resides in Fitzgerald but comes to Broadcast South Media, LLC from a Country music powerhouse in Eastern Georgia. He has 4 children which includes two boys and two girls, enjoys all types of music, and says he is always up for a good concert! In his spare time, Micky enjoys playing with his recently adopted dog, Bear.
