Contest Rules

1. There will be THREE $1,000.00 winners selected on the date of the FINAL event (February 12, 2022).

2. One cash card per person.

3. There will be no cards handed out on the day of the final event.

4. Prize value: at approximately $1,000.00

5. Prize will be awarded only on the date of the final event – must be present to win.

6. Employee (s) or agent (s) of Broadcast South Media, LLC or members of their household are excluded from participating in this contest.

7. 3 winning cash cards will be randomly selected.

8. This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older (at the time of the final event) with a valid social security number.

9. In consideration of the receipt of the prize, the winner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or other fees including but not limited to any federal, state or local income taxes that are or may become payable as a result of participating in the contest and/or receipt of the prize.

10. The winner agrees to allow the station and/or its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, portrait, recorded voice, and/or biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote, publicize the station and/or the products and services of any of its designees.

11. No purchase necessary to enter this contest.

12. Station is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, inappropriate or misdirected registrations all of which will be disqualified.
